THE BENIFIT OF SAUNA IN GUYS..
The sauna is of Finnish descent. This tradition came from the north, back over 2000 years. Originally, the sauna was a small cabin built before the house itself. Today, Finland is found everywhere, in homes, hotels, businesses....

Also, remember to remove your necklaces, bracelets, indeed, the high heat generated will make you sweat, but it will also heat all the accessories you wear, and you might get burnt. You can start by installing the highest possible, on a bench, and if the heat becomes too hard to bear, sit down a little lower.
After 10 to 15 minutes of this treatment, take a cool shower out. Finns roll in the snow. If you do not have a lot of snow on hand, a cold shower will do.
